	* Marcus This has to be the worst kwik -Fit ever! I called in on Wednesday at 1.30 pm needing a new tyre following a puncture. I asked if I could leave the wheel only and collect later, and was told they need the car. so I went away and returned after 2 hours. to find that nothing had happened, then to be told they had no tyres in stock. I left the wheel and waited for a call to tell me it was ready. Today I had a call at 9.30am to tell me the wheel was ready. I arrived at 11.30 to find it was not ready. I went away and returend at 12.45 to find it was still not ready, and the mechanics were all clustered around a car that had just arrived and belonged to one of their mates. cue all mechanics joking and smoking in the yard, still no wheel. approx 30 minutes later I returned to find them replacing the spare wheel in the car boot. was able to leave. when I got home I checked the wheel, to find they had not balanced it, it still had the dirty old weights attached to it. This was confirmed by the operative I spoke to on the phone, who expected me to bring it back so they could check if they had balanced it or not. I am appalled and disgusted by this experience. The waiting area at this branch is filthy and squalid. The staff seem to have little or no skills or ability beyond getting filthy fingerprints all over my car interior and wasting my valuable time.... Mar 4, 2010 Report Comment
