I live in Grantham, and travel 55 miles to Derby on Tuesdays for work. This week my exhaust sheared off on the way. I called into BAB (on recommendation from colleagues) and they fixed it straight away, fitting a new system sourced in 30 mins. They also balanced a vibrating wheel for me. Car was ready by mid afternoon, and drove as good as new again on way home. Fantastic quality service at a great price. Well done guys....

I have dealt with BAB for many years and I have always had first class service, both for my cars and company vans at a very good price. They are a good bunch of people giving outstanding service with a smile....

My wife took her Renault Scenic to BAB's as I had received good service from them in the past. The car was making a very loud banging noise which she though was the exhaust banging against the chassis. I ask her to get them to ensure her diagnosis was correct before starting work. They flame cut off the exhaust and replaced it with a new one; my wife called back to say the noise was still there. BAB'S claimed that they would not remove an exhaust unnecessarily and claimed the car had a second problem. I diagnosed and replaced a broken shock absorber myself. I went to look at the removed exhaust which looked as good as new but made a slight 'tinkling' noise which could not have been heard in or outside the car with the engine running. No refund, £100 wasted which they could have gladly had for replacing the broken suspension!...

i have been using B.A.B for many years for there fast and affordable services for my last 3 cars, i must add that they are a friendly bunch and always make you feel welcome and not like another customer. thanks B.A.B...
