	* Rebecca I went for a back box on my exhaust and they ended up having to replace the whole of the exhaust due to an error on thier part, even though they insisted it was an old exhaust... ID replaced that section 4 months before they said it was old. Argued with them but to no avail had to pay £100.00 then I find that the car exhaust is still not perfect and is still slightly blowing. I have also had to have my passenger tyre replaced 3 times in the last 6 months! TOTALLY UNHELPFUL! WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN, MY FAMILY HAVE HAD THE SAME SORT OF PROBLEMS THERE!... Damaged two locking nuts on the alloy wheels on my Volvo.Used an air gun on the locking socket which has a sticker on it stating do not use with an air gun.They should have used a break bar to release the locking nuts.The locking nuts cost me £45.00 to replace.NO offer of compensation from the proprietor of the company who didn"t bother to reply to my letter of complaint.If you value your car stay away from this company!!!
